Job Summary:
The Analyst HRSSC Talent Acquisition will provide direct service to Recruiters, scheduling Candidate Interviews and Reimbursements, while managing various activities related to HR professionals, employees, applicants, and hiring Managers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support interview schedule activities, maintaining candidate engagement and communication with hiring managers and recruiters.
- Manage Candidate Reimbursement process.
- Assist with incoming inquiries from external and internal customers.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field.
-Desirable experience in HR Service Center or HR operations.
-High English Proficiency, capable of delivering presentations and coordinating work teams in English. Other languages such as French, Portuguese are desirable.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work in multiple activities and systems successfully and simultaneously.
-Ability to understand and develop successful partnerships with customers.
-High Customer Service orientation.
-Desirable experience in core HR operations processes.
-Desirable experience in Workday / Service Now.
