About the Role

As a Senior Agroindustry HR Strategist at Hr Connect S.A De C.V, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by implementing effective human resources strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional with expertise in talent acquisition, management, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support our agroindustry sector's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify HR-related challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for positions across various departments.
  • Develop strategies for talent retention, career development, and succession planning.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to ensure the organization has the necessary workforce to meet operational demands.
Talent Acquisition and Management

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of agroindustry-specific challenges and requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
