As a Sales Development Representative at Envia, you will be the primary point of contact for attracting, negotiating, and closing new clients. Your main objective will be to establish strong business relationships with existing and potential customers, driving growth and development in international markets.

We offer a competitive salary range of $20,000.00 to $24,000.00 per month, along with uncapped commissions averaging $20,000.00-$35,000.00. Our benefits package includes direct contract employment, paid training, and opportunities for professional development and career growth.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as experience in sales or a related field. A completed Bachelor of Engineering degree is required, and a minimum of 2 years of commercial experience is preferred. You should also have advanced English proficiency (perfect grammar and communication skills) and experience with CRM management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. They will also be expected to maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on sales progress.
