Key Responsibilities:- Warehouse Coordination: Oversee warehouse management, including receipt, storage, and distribution of finished products. Ensure accurate inventory management of finished products, performing periodic audits to verify stock accuracy.
- Finished Product Management: Supervise the storage and management of finished products in the warehouse, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Coordinate the distribution of finished products to customers or sales points, optimizing delivery times and minimizing costs.
- Raw Material Planning: Place orders for raw materials accordingly, to support production needs and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
- Import and Export Operations: Manage import process, including coordination with customs agents, transporters, and international suppliers. Ensure compliance with import and export regulations and maintain proper documentation.
- Continuous Improvement Projects: Identify areas for improvement in warehouse, purchasing, and importing processes, and develop and implement continuous improvement projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles within the manufacturing or distribution industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, international logistics, and finished product handling.
- Experience in managing continuous improvement projects.
- Effective negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and proactively resolve issues.
- Proficiency in inventory management and ERP software.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Decision-making skills based on data analysis.
- Focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and import processes.
