As Clinical Trials Project Lead, you will play a vital role in the delivery of all clinical aspects of our studies, ensuring timely completion and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the clinical portion of our study budgets
  • Develop monitoring plans and tools
  • Train and supervise Clinical Research Associates (CRAs)
  • Drive enrolment and study start-up activities
  • Review trip reports and implement corrective actions
  • Liaise with sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Identify and mitigate risks impacting clinical delivery
  • Provide regular reporting and metrics on clinical activities
  • Participate in sponsor, investigator, and bid defense meetings

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to drive clinical deliverables
  • Subject matter expertise in designated therapeutic areas
  • Prior monitoring experience preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English

What We Offer:

A highly competitive salary package of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, plus an annual bonus reflecting performance goals.
