We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Research Strategist to lead user-centered research initiatives and inform the design of our client's digital products. As part of our team, you will be responsible for spearheading research projects across various product releases, developing comprehensive research frameworks, analyzing user feedback, and establishing usability testing programs.

Responsibilities
  • Design and execute user experience research projects to drive product innovation and improve user satisfaction.

Requirements

You should also be proficient in various research methodologies, including usability testing, user interviews, heuristic evaluations, and survey design.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with research tools such as Qualtrics, UserTesting, Hotjar, Figma, Miro, and analytics tools like Power BI.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
