About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Commerce Trade Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Haleon. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering share of market targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer business processes to ensure effective communication and liaison between sales, marketing, and other departments.
  • Develop focused trade strategies for categories in the digital commerce channel, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and account potential.
  • Conduct after-action reviews of digital media investment activities to ensure return on investment, sales uplift, and funnel-specific targets are met.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital trade promotions to determine whether they meet company objectives and ROI targets.
  • Manage the A&P digital commerce budget and ensure finance deliverables impact the company's P&L.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience (at least 3 years) in commercial roles (sales, marketing, trade marketing), ideally in the pharmaceutical industry, FMCG, or beauty, with a focus on e-commerce and digital media.
  • Advanced English language skills.
