Requirements- Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in Workday development, configuration, and integration.
Technical SkillsStrong expertise in Workday Integrations and implementation tools (Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Report Writer, Calculated fields, and Workday Studio). Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST, and WS standards). Technical experience with XML and XLST.
Soft SkillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
