Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure compliance with US GAAP and local statutory requirements.
  • Accounting Operations: Manage regional accounting, including accounting transactions, balance sheet reconciliations, and fixed assets accounting.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze operating results and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Internal Controls: Ensure the adequacy of internal controls associated with business processes, including compliance with regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
  • Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and motivate a team of accounting professionals to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in accounting or finance.
  • Experience: 8+ years of accounting or finance experience in similar roles.
  • Skills: Strong financial and analytical abilities, knowledge of US GAAP and local accounting practices, and proficiency in Google G Suite, Excel, and SAP.
