The Opportunity

As a Patient Navigator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals seeking information about clinical trials and expanded access programs. Your role will involve communicating with patients and guiding them through the process of accessing pre-approval treatment options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with patients and caregivers via phone and email to discuss pre-approval treatment options
  • Capture medical data in our internal platform to identify relevant pre-approval options
  • Search global trial databases using our AI tool to identify relevant pre-approval options for patients
  • Pre-screen patients for specific clinical trials
  • Engage with patients to expand our Medical Community and create awareness about the myTomorrows platform
Requirements
  • Background in healthcare, preferably previous work experience with patient care in a clinical setting
  • Knowledge of clinical trials and/or expanded access programs
  • Literacy in Microsoft Office and web-based media, with openness to technological innovation
  • Understanding and empathetic when working with patients
  • Ability to prioritize different commitments while maintaining high quality of work
  • Proactivity and ability to work unsupervised
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with French or other world languages a plus
