We're seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. If you're passionate about technology and eager to contribute to a collaborative and innovative team, this is an exciting opportunity for you.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely support to resolve technical challenges
• Provide technical assistance across the company, including in-person and remote support
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
• Set up and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Document solutions and create knowledge articles
• Collaborate with management to develop training materials on computer troubleshooting and usage

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technology field
• Industry-specific certification in relevant computer languages or software
• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-focused position with technical knowledge of end-user hardware and software solutions
• Extensive experience working with different operating systems, including Windows and Mac OS
• Strong written and interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and clients
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
• Time-management skills and ability to set realistic deadlines for resolution
• Familiarity with company help desk software and remote access desktop programs
• Ability to receive and act on constructive criticism and customer feedback

**Preferred Skills:**

• Experience with Microsoft O365, Admin, Active Directory, and Intune
• SharePoint experience is a plus
• Mobile device management skills would be beneficial
• Imaging of laptops and inventory experience
