About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Analyst to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our Global IT Infrastructure & Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Global Asset Management Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute yearly budgetary forecasting for asset discipline, ensuring alignment with PepsiCo's AOP goals.
  • Manage the purchase process for assets, including network devices, server devices, laptops, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring compliance with PepsiCo's procurement policies.
  • Keep PepsiCo's systems of record (Service Now, Calero, Employee Central, etc.) up-to-date, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Partner with principal vendors, such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Lenovo, BT, HCL, Zones, etc., to ensure seamless asset management operations.
  • Provide recurring reporting, deep analytics, and insights to drive continuous service improvements, leveraging data to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure business continuity of order management, procurement, and system updates that run the day-to-day business as it relates to asset management.
  • Ensure the assets lifecycle (CI/Asset) management updates the systems of record, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Work in a high matrix organization with extended PepsiCo teams, including Vendor Management, Global Procurement, IT Delivery, IT Operations, etc.
  • Manage contracts (service, maintenance, and licensing), ensuring compliance with PepsiCo's procurement policies.
  • Ensure data accuracy and support data quality rules, maintaining high standards of data integrity.
Requirements
  • University/College Degree in Social Sciences, Business Management, Computer Science, or related field, or related professional experience.
  • 1+ year of experience in ServiceNow, data management, financial management (budget and forecasting), and IT asset management.
  • ITIL certification is desirable, as is data analysis experience and effective written and verbal English communication skills.
  • IT infrastructure knowledge (hardware, software, services) and DevSecOps experience are also highly valued.
