Demand Planning Manager

About the Role
Sensata Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Manager to join our Operations organization. As a key member of the SIOP team, you will be responsible for executing Sensata's demand planning processes, providing a strong linkage between the customer, Net Revenue forecast, and Business Unit decision-making to achieve a high level of accuracy in the demand signal to operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of Sensata's demand planning process, collaborating closely with Business Unit functions (Sales, Marketing, and Product Management) to provide consistent inputs to the Demand Planning process.
- Support the preparation of the Demand Review meeting and ensure cross-functional communication of information, leading to accurate and timely demand signals, execution, and closure of all escalations.
- Develop and implement processes to achieve long-term planning visibility, accuracy, and capability to achieve Annual Planning targets consistently.
- Ensure process integrity and excellence through compliance with internal policies and controls.
Requirements
- A university degree (e.g., Bachelor's degree) with at least 5 or more years of experience, or equivalent relevant work experience of at least 9 or more years.
- Proven Business Operations background with experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle large amounts of data and run various statistics and analyses.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
