Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement resource planning strategies to ensure efficient scheduling and inventory management.
- Lead the planning department in creating and managing production plans, including Rough Cut Capacity Planning and Capacity Requirement Planning.
- Analyze demand and establish production needs to meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Develop and validate Total Landed Cost strategies for key products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain or manufacturing, with at least 3 years of management experience.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
- Experience leading planning and S&OP processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of production, logistics, and other operations disciplines.
