We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supply Chain Support Specialist to join our team at Blue Yonder. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical and non-technical support to our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible experience with our supply chain solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers during the onboarding and hyper-care periods, ensuring they are able to utilize our supply chain solutions effectively.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, consulting, and cloud services, to resolve customer issues and improve overall support quality.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our supply chain solutions, including BY Planning, Enterprise Planning, Allocation, Size Scaling, Luminate Allocation, and Luminate Assortment.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business processes and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge articles and operational improvements to enhance customer experience and support quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 6-8 years of experience in supply chain product support, with a strong understanding of supply chain processes and technologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to provide alternatives, root cause analysis, and testing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PL/SQL, with a basic understanding of customer business processes.
- Intermediate knowledge of Azure and relevant tools and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong flair for technology and hands-on expertise in debugging/analyzing code in Java.
- Next Gen skills, including AppDynamics, Splunk, MuleSoft, Python, AI/ML, and Azure.
