ResponsibilitiesWHAT YOU'LL DO
Maintain effective communication with the client, ensuring compliance with all legal and operational standards. Provide updates to the WW leadership team regarding VPC performance and outcomes. Formulate both long-term and short-term strategies to align with VPC goals. Collaborate with the HR department on union negotiations and related requirements. Ensure that planning and coordination activities are aligned with VPC objectives. Communicate VPC goals, strategies, and initiatives to the VPC team. Guarantee that VPC staff receive adequate training and resources. Set routine management targets for the VPC. Identify and implement initiatives for cost reduction. Implement, manage, and support lean waste reduction projects. Assess and establish operational procedures. Ensure compliance with established operational procedures across all production functions. Ensure that VPC efficiency standards are met or exceeded while adhering to WW quality standards. Efficiency benchmarks are set by the Operations Manager and communicated through Time per Activity (TPA) and Labor Efficiency Goals (PET). Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, including proper handling and storage of hazardous materials. Execute total quality management principles, including Policy Management, Shop Floor Management, and Routine Management processes. Collaborate effectively with all members of VPC management. Ensure VPC adherence to all WW policies and procedures. Promote the Company Leadership Competencies. Safeguard confidential information and ensure compliance with company confidentiality policies and applicable laws. Foster positive relationships with customers, vendors, business partners, and employees. Ensure that supervisory staff are cross-trained in various VPC functions and adopt a team-oriented approach to problem-solving. Perform additional related duties as required. Develop, motivate, and train employees at all levels for their professional growth and the company's future success. Be prepared to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Operate both manual and automatic vehicles. Engage in collaborative problem-solving. QualificationsInspire change through effective communication at all levels. Understand revenue drivers and efficiency metrics to deliver favorable financial outcomes. Lead continuous process improvements to create a safe and cost-effective work environment that meets performance objectives. Familiarity with SOP, MRP, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, and visual factory management. Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to operate both manual and automatic vehicles. Proficient in advanced English.
