About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager Senior to join our team at SC Johnson Professional. As a Project Manager Senior, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end support for new product development and commercialization projects within our overall company portfolio.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams in new product development and commercialization, ensuring timely and effective execution of projects.
  • Measure and publish team performance, project status, and metrics to drive improvement and decision-making.
  • Identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Facilitate decision-making, arbitrate impasses, and remove barriers to drive project progress.
  • Ensure teams meet milestones, critical business, and customer dates, and implement processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Set project timelines and key milestone dates, and manage and track projects through our PLM and PM tool systems.
  • Foster simplification and agile methodologies to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Lead identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to drive business results.
  • Reporting Portfolio Management execution and progress vs. plan to stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholders and ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams.

Professional Profile

  • Required advanced English with verbal and written fluency.
  • BA or BS degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of project management experience, with a clear understanding of supply chain knowledge.
  • Proven experience leading and managing project teams in a highly collaborative and dynamic business environment.
  • Experience in launching new products in-house or contract manufacturing.
  • Management of interpersonal relationships with multiple levels and internal and external functions in the corporation.

  • Outstanding IT skills: MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, R&D/manufacturing.
  • Desirable data analytics understanding.
  • Leadership and communication skills.
  • Conversational/technical fluency in English.
  • Hands-on IT systems and written procedures.
  • Background in commercialization and/or project management.
  • Risk management.
  • Process-oriented.
