Objective

The Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing comprehensive support for new product development and commercialization initiatives within the SC Johnson Professional portfolio. This role is crucial for ensuring projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals. The position demands effective communication with stakeholders and the ability to keep team members focused and prioritized in a dynamic environment. The Senior Project Coordinator will manage multiple projects concurrently, collaborating with cross-functional and cross-regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Direct cross-functional teams in new product development and commercialization efforts. Monitor and report on team performance, project status, and key metrics. Identify, assess, and communicate project risks while facilitating decision-making and resolving conflicts to maintain project momentum. Ensure teams achieve critical milestones and adhere to business and customer timelines while implementing efficient processes. Establish project schedules and key milestone deadlines. Oversee project tracking through PLM and PM tools, including timelines, budgets, strategies, and documentation. Promote simplification and agile methodologies. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Report on portfolio management execution and progress against established plans. Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

Professional Qualifications

Proficient in advanced English, both verbal and written. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline. 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, with a solid understanding of supply chain dynamics. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing project teams in a collaborative and fast-paced business setting. Experience in launching new products through in-house or contract manufacturing. Skilled in managing interpersonal relationships across various levels and functions within the organization.

Proficient in developing and implementing business processes, including risk identification and mitigation strategies. Strong technical acumen, with capabilities in data analysis and problem-solving, as well as familiarity with formulation and packaging testing methodologies. Exceptional IT skills, including proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications. Experience in the Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, or Consumer Goods industries. Tactical and operational decision-making experience. Strategic vision for business opportunities. Development potential in project management. Experience in Portfolio Management.
