Job Description:

Citi is seeking a highly experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join its Corporate Reporting team within the Legal Department. This role will be responsible for providing legal advice on the design, process, and controls for equity compensation programs for Directors and Officers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in employment law, with expertise in employee compensation schemes in equity. Advanced English skills are essential, including speaking, reading, and writing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on equity compensation programs for Directors and Officers
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for equity compensation programs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Manage relationships with external legal counsel and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments and emerging issues in employment law

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in employment law, with expertise in employee compensation schemes in equity
  • Advanced English skills, including speaking, reading, and writing
  • Membership of local Bar/Lawyers Association
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
