Territory Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our outside sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the northwest territory. You will be working closely with our sales manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong background in value-added products/services, preferably related to the mining industry or PVF industry. You will possess excellent project management skills, as well as the ability to develop and nurture long-standing relationships. Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory-specific sales goals.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the northwest territory.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  4. Provide expert advice and guidance on Victaulic products and solutions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
