Join the Freudenberg Group as a key player in our finance team. We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Accountant to lead the management of our standard cost system and provide financial insights to drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead the reporting of manufacturing costs and variances, and proactively inform the management team of potential risks.

- Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement process improvements.

- Develop and implement operational accounting best practices to enhance financial performance.

- Collaborate with Operations and Commercial teams to analyze costing data and inform business decisions.

- Assist in the monthly close and reporting process, and participate in the annual audit process.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, with a CPA or CMA designation preferred.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a strong background in manufacturing environments.

- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and MS Office tools, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
