- Geographical Flexibility: Ability to relocate for the program.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead others within a campus or community setting.
- Extracurricular Activities: Having performed an extracurricular activity simultaneously with a professional career, such as sports, job experience, academic exchange, or others.
- Internship or Co-op Experience: 1-3 years of prior internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing setting.
