Key Components

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Labor Psychology, Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution, with a graduation date no more than 2 years ago and an average of 8.0 or higher.
  • Geographical Flexibility: Ability to relocate for the program.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead others within a campus or community setting.
  • Extracurricular Activities: Having performed an extracurricular activity simultaneously with a professional career, such as sports, job experience, academic exchange, or others.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Internship or Co-op Experience: 1-3 years of prior internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing setting.
