About the Role

F5 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Guadalajara office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our facilities, including maintenance, space planning, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our Guadalajara office, including repair and maintenance of the facility, space planning, and janitorial services.
  • Vendor Management: Develop and manage relationships with local vendors, including selecting and managing service standards agreements.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the corporate operations expense budget to ensure it follows and stays within guidelines.
  • Office Operations: Ensure the Guadalajara office operates successfully, managing responsibilities such as onsite maintenance, business services, and coordinating with building management.
  • Staff Training: Facilitate staff training on conducting ergonomic evaluations and provide a process for ordering ergonomic supplies.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years' experience in corporate office management and/or property management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent office management experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office, ability to succeed in a fast-paced, changing environment, and big picture worker.
  • Language: English and Spanish written and conversational skills.
Physical Demands and Work Environment

Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table. Duties require the ability to utilize a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material. Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends). Job requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
