**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Payments Expert - Commercial Manager to join our team at Swift Financial Messaging Services. As a key member of our Payments & Payments Market Infrastructures (PMI) team, you will play a critical role in executing our payment strategy, driving market share growth, and promoting the adoption of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze target and pipeline reports to monitor and communicate performance against various business metrics.
- Demonstrate initiative to solve client issues and requests, building strong relationships with Business Development Teams to provide exceptional client service.
- Participate in end-user insight research to better understand customers' payments businesses and ecosystems.
- Support customer onboarding and product life cycle, delivering sales training and providing sales and customer support.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience in payments markets or transaction banking services, preferably in a marketing, strategy, business development, or product management role.
- Contribute to the development of go-to-market and customer engagement strategies, executing regional adoption and activation plans for SWIFTgpi and our holistic transaction banking proposition.
- Act as the product owner regionally for the Swift gpi product, driving adoption of current products and services, engaging with customers on the product roadmap, features, and functions.
- Ensure the local community is equipped and ready for making the move to ISO20022 standards for cross-border payments and correspondent banking.
- Ensure alignment of our go-to-market and business development activities with our evolving global payments strategy.
- Understand market and customer insights deeply, ensuring fit between strategy and execution in the region.
- Contribute to thought leadership, media engagements, and conference programs, promoting payments and transaction banking industry engagement.
