Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Intake Agent to provide exceptional customer service to potential new law firm/attorney clients through a legal intake process.

Responsibilities
  • Receive intakes for legal situations from potential new clients via electronic or telephonic sources.
  • Make multiple follow-up calls to potential new clients with the goal of making successful contact.
  • Discuss their legal situation and prompt the intake contact to answer a series of questions to determine qualification for the legal intake.
  • Send legal documents for signature to contacts and follow-up for signing.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a direct customer contact position is preferred.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • BASIC PC knowledge, working knowledge of Windows operating systems, internet, and mainstream web browsers.
Benefits
  • Monthly base salary $16,000 pesos (weekly net $3,450 approx).
  • Monthly bonus $1,500.
  • $500 food stamps (after 3 months).
  • 4% savings stamps.
  • 15 days Christmas bonus.
