Key Responsibilities:

  • Adapt existing master graphics and key visuals to create digital banners and paid media content, both static and animated.
  • Design and conceptualize master graphics and key visuals, adapting to different materials as needed.
  • Understand and conceptualize brand briefs to develop graphics that meet client needs.
  • Apply digital manipulation techniques, including product, color, layout, and sizing.
  • Rapidly prototype and create mockups.
  • Develop concept and design skills to create presentations and internal communications deliverables, such as newsletters.
  • Build graphic and simple print designs and concepts as needed.
  • Modify designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Account and Strategy team to ensure delivery of master graphics to clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, such as Graphic Design, Animation, Advertising, or Visual Arts.
  • At least 1 year of experience in art or graphic design for e-commerce and social media.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Content adaptation skills across different static, animated, and video formats.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • Intermediate knowledge of motion graphics and animating.
  • Basic knowledge of editing software, such as Adobe Premiere.
  • Strong creative portfolio, available online.

Internal Candidates:

  • At least 18 months of experience in the current function.
  • PDR evaluation of at least 2/2 on the last two years.
  • No disciplinary notifications or warrants in the last 12 months.
