Citi is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our program management team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with business case development, review business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and feasibility studies to identify long-term benefits.
- Finalize project plans with stakeholders and track progress closely to ensure successful project delivery.
- Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analyzing data requirements.
- Meet with end-users to understand business needs, write requirements, conduct walkthroughs on requirement documents, and obtain project sponsor, product, and operations approvals.
- Review functional requirements to ensure they align with business requirements and meet end-users' needs and expectations.
- Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups.
- Partner with technology, product, and operations management teams to prioritize delivery of key projects.
- Mastery strategic business process modeling, traceability, and quality management techniques.
- Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving.
- Lead a team of business analysts and testers to achieve on-time and with-quality production delivery dates for system enhancements for multiple cash projects.
- Collaborate with technology on project delays, risk assessment, and risk mitigation plans.
- Perform project status reporting to project stakeholders, product, and operations partners.
- Prepare post-project MIS, lessons learned, and conduct continuous process improvement reviews.
- Understand the bank environment and compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Work with regional and global teams to implement best standards across teams.
- Ensure creation of program plan and charter benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central program issue log.
- Evaluate subordinates' performance and make recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, and other personnel actions.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience managing or participating in projects and teams within the finance industry and 2 years in a professional management role.
- Top skills for a strong program manager include organization, planning, scheduling, program strategy, reporting, proposal writing, and budget planning.
- Intermediate/Advanced English language proficiency.
- Knowledge in SPEI/SPID Certification.
- Frequent check-ins on project progress to confirm alignment with strategic and business goals.
Education
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
