Overview

PepsiCo is a leading food and beverage company with a rich history of innovation and commitment to excellence. As a PMO Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and transformation by supporting the management of the GBS Ctl Mx Transformation Portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, monitoring, and communication among PM Network
  • Manage transformative initiatives/projects that impact multiple business services
  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling of programs/projects
  • Identify and manage critical path and milestones of program/project schedules
  • Lead the risks identification that impact a project and the risk response plan for the resolution/path to green
  • Closely monitor program progress and ensure timely completion
  • Communicate status and issues of the program/project to stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Prepare and report program/project status on a regular basis, including metrics needed for various stakeholders
  • Ensure program/project's resources planning, monitoring, and controlling
  • Support the Benefits Realization planning/identification, follow-up, and reporting activities of the portfolio/program/project
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in engineering, administrative, finance, or similar
  • Knowledge about project management methodologies and agile frameworks (PMI, SAFe, Scrum, L6S, Kanban)
  • Project experience 2 years, as Project Leader/Project Manager
  • Project Management Information system (PMIS) expertise, like MS Project or similar
  • Advanced Microsoft Office toolset (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio)
  • Communication skills, to interact with employees of all levels - including upper management
  • Intermediate English language skills
  • Intermediate Leadership and Managing people skills
