Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our team. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for administering and attending to clarifications for Mexico and the Caribbean, executing special processes for merchants, and following up on liquidation and compensation processes for acquirers and issuers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and attend to clarifications for Mexico and the Caribbean.
- Execute special processes for merchants.
- Follow up on liquidation and compensation processes for acquirers and issuers.
- Resolve POS clarifications in accordance with the current acquiring regulation VISA/MC.
- Migrate platform for Caribbean clients (English).
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field.
- Language: Advanced English.
- Database management.
- Knowledge of acquiring banking.
- Knowledge of chargebacks.
- Knowledge of domestic exchange contracts (CID) PROSA / VISA / MC.
