The HR Manager plays a vital role in supporting the HR Enablement function. This position focuses on executing HR initiatives, ensuring the seamless operation of daily human resources activities, and enhancing a unified employee experience that reflects the company's culture and values. The HR Manager will serve as a crucial resource for our employees and managers, facilitating the effective implementation of HR policies and processes while providing coaching and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to managers regarding HR policies and processes, equipping them with the necessary skills to cultivate a positive and compliant workplace culture.
  • Facilitate essential HR activities as directed, including talent management, employee engagement, learning and development, career coaching, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with the global enablement team, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence to enhance the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with the regional enablement team to ensure local execution aligns with broader HR and company priorities.
  • Serve as a primary HR contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Advocate for employee issues, providing leadership with insights into employee sentiment, workplace culture, and morale.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and adherence to company policies.
  • Manage HR budgets and headcount.
  • Support the implementation and management of HR policies and practices in line with the strategic direction set by regional HR leadership.
  • Work closely with the company's shared services center to deliver efficient HR services to employees.
  • Facilitate organizational change management at the country level, ensuring smooth transitions during periods of change.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations when necessary.

Experience Required

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong operational focus.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing HR initiatives and programs that positively impact business performance.
  • Knowledge of HR operations, systems, and industry best practices.
  • Experience in a global or multi-regional organization is advantageous, with an understanding of cultural nuances.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership or team management experience is a plus, with potential responsibilities for a team based on organizational needs.
