- Strong technical skills, including experience with CAD design software and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience with metal and plastic materials, structural analysis, extrusion, fabrication, and joining for high-volume production.
- Expertise in contemporary design and modeling/analysis tools, including SolidWorks.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) required.
