Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rooms Director to lead our Rooms department at The Westin Resort & Spa Puerto Vallarta. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, improve guest satisfaction, and maximize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Rooms staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve departmental goals.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive revenue growth, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve overall business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Requirements
  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field; 4 years of experience in Rooms operations or related field.
  • OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field; 2 years of experience in Rooms operations or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in Rooms operations, with a focus on revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
