Key Responsibilities:

2. Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent requirements, and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies and best practices.
3. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including internet searches, referrals, and social media, to identify and engage top talent.
4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure accurate and effective recruitment processes, including industry calibration and reference checking.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR business partners, and other recruitment professionals.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry.
3. Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a strong ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others.
5. Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
6. Experience with SAP HR and Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Taleo and SuccessFactors, is an asset.
