Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst Specialist to join our team at Factor Humano Valioso. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $17,375 per month.

About the Role: As a Financial Analyst Specialist, you will be responsible for performing various complex account analyses and reconciliations, preparing financial documents for compliance with regulations, and coordinating grant billings and reports. You will also be tasked with monitoring and submitting periodic financial documents required by interested creditors, grants, and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform various complex account analyses and reconciliations
  • Prepare financial documents for compliance with regulations
  • Coordinate grant billings and reports
  • Monitor and submit periodic financial documents required by interested creditors, grants, and government agencies
  • Maintain records retention log to facilitate the orderly file system of permanent records
  • Assist with the month-end closing process
  • Support and back up the Payroll Clerk during vacations and absences
  • Prepare payroll liability reconciliation and deduction reconciliation
  • Maintain best fixed asset system

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience as an Accountant or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with the use of accounting computer programs
  • Detail-oriented
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar relevant field
