Your Collaborators
You will engage closely with leaders from manufacturing operations, quality assurance, maintenance, production, environmental health and safety, engineering, production control, materials, and human resources.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute a robust predictive and preventive maintenance strategy. Promote a safe working environment by ensuring that the maintenance team adheres to best safety practices and proactively identifies and mitigates potential hazards before work begins. Oversee all maintenance activities related to mechanical and electrical systems, control and robotic systems, power distribution, and facility management. Cultivate a positive workplace culture that emphasizes teamwork, open communication, and timely resolution of issues that arise during regular operations. Mentor and develop your direct reports, focusing on accountability for results, innovative thinking, and sound economic decision-making aligned with the company's risk management framework. Identify performance deficiencies and create improvement plans to enhance team skills and capabilities. Ensure team members acquire the necessary skills to diagnose root causes and implement effective solutions to workplace challenges. Collaborate with production teams to prioritize and execute work orders that maintain asset reliability and performance. Make informed economic decisions to address site priorities effectively.Qualifications
Proven experience in leading or supervising a technical team within a manufacturing or industrial setting.·Experience in financial analysis related to operational costs.
Familiarity with equipment maintenance, planning and scheduling, mechanical and electrical repairs, and plant/project engineering. Experience in establishing and managing a predictive/preventive maintenance program and monitoring its effectiveness. Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., RED X, QRQC, Six Sigma). Strong leadership capabilities. Excellent communication skills to inspire and collaborate with diverse teams across the organization.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Intermediate English proficiency; fluency in speaking is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead teams using root cause analysis techniques (e.g., RED X, 8D, QRQC). Previous experience in manufacturing, particularly in injection molding and plating. Experience in project management, including facility expansions and machinery installations.#LI-DP2
