Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to lead our culinary team and create exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Senior Pastry Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of pastry chefs and cooks to ensure efficient and high-quality food production.
  • Develop and implement new menu items, recipes, and presentation styles to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, order supplies, and manage kitchen equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and exceed guest expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within a hotel or restaurant.
  • Proven track record of success in managing budgets, leading teams, and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
