The MSL Mission involves engaging with physicians and other stakeholders through customized interactions. By discussing our treatments and sharing medical insights, we aim to shape behaviors, support informed decision-making, and bring valuable information into our organization to inform medical strategy.

The key activities include:

Building relationships with community and academic HCPs, focusing on changing medical behavior through scientific knowledge exchange
- Communicating the value of our innovations (efficacy, safety, effectiveness, adherence, QoL) to gain attribute endorsement from stakeholders
- Shaping medical practice by influencing behaviors within the HCP Community during product pre-launch phases - preparing the healthcare environment and medical community, accelerating adoption (PIs engagement and pre-approval access programs)
- Following up on education, adoption of new knowledge, identifying barriers for medical practice change for innovative products
- Responding to scientific inquiries from HCPs/investigators/health care systems and population health decision makers
- Integrating scientific data into real-life practice to meet customer/audience needs
- Identifying potential sites and supporting site recruitment when needed, aligned with the TA Head/Senior Medical Manager
- Executing Medical Field Educational Events focused on pipeline close to launch and key in-line products
- Gathering insights from field interactions regarding scientific knowledge, treatment paradigms, competitors, medical needs, and opportunities
- Developing and executing the territory and KOL engagement plan according to strategy and validated by other MAF stakeholders

**Qualifications:**

Possessing deep scientific knowledge according to business/regulatory needs
- Therapeutic area scientific knowledge and skills to interpret scientific data
- Proficiency in using technological tools in daily work
- Work experience, scientific acumen, and communication skills to be accepted by leading specialists in peer-to-peer relationships
- 0-2 years of work experience
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability and willingness to use technology tools for daily work
- Fluency in English
- Business acumen
- Teamwork, leadership, and influencing skills - able to work effectively in a matrix
- Awareness of, and adherence to, Johnson & Johnson Credo values
- Willingness to travel

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
