Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Network Security Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Professional Services group, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of service delivery, including scoping, proposal generation, delivery, and final deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage engagements to ensure clients' needs are met professionally and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with trusted partners to support seamless service delivery.
  • Delve into the world of network visibility and cybersecurity to solve complex business and security challenges.
  • Build and enhance business processes and methodologies.
  • Grow the business by engaging with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Establish strong customer and alliance relationships, positioning Gigamon as a trusted partner.
  • Lead and manage a team of Professional Services Engineers.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in network visibility, information security, cybersecurity, incident response, or enterprise risk management.
  • 6+ years of experience managing matrix and/or indirect project staff.
  • Extensive knowledge in network visibility, cybersecurity operations, emerging security technologies, and evolving threat trends.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale projects related to information security, technology risk management, cybersecurity, or cyber-risk management.
  • Experience in incident response or threat hunting.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce precise, concise, and accurate technical deliverables and business communications.
  • Proven track record of working with global, virtual teams and collaborating with a broad range of roles.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations with various stakeholders and executives.
  • Strong understanding of security risks and the ability to implement appropriate security controls.
  • Project Management accreditation (PMP, PgMP) or equivalent preferred.
  • Any IT Security or Networking certification is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to speak Portuguese is a plus.

What We Offer:

Gigamon offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
