About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing data models that align with business processes and objectives. They will also implement data integration strategies for seamless data flow between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring data correctness, reliability, and adherence to industry standards.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need 5+ years' experience in a Salesforce Administration role, including experience with data configuration, email templates, assignment rules, organizational security controls, sharing rules, queues, and public groups, role hierarchy, and user profile management, and reports and dashboards. A Salesforce Administrator 201 Certification for nearshore is also required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with a software development methodology, Agile, and excellent written and oral communication skills are highly desirable. The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize data architecture and performance is essential.
