Main Responsibilities

As a Technology and Engineering Director, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing engineering solutions to improve uptime and machine reliability across the manufacturing site
  • Working with cross-functional teams to deliver projects from concept to fully operational status

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good level of computer literacy and experience with APQP tools
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
