**About the Role**:

This is a client-facing position at Boldr, offering numerous opportunities to grow within the firm and provide meaningful insights and value to our clients. The position is a hybrid of accounting, finance, and tax, requiring a strong understanding of financial principles and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and adherence to relevant accounting standards.

• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, interact with clients directly to gather information, and oversee the maintenance of the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes.

• Ensure proper coding and classification of transactions, monitor key financial metrics, and provide variance analysis to identify areas for improvement.

• Continuously evaluate and streamline accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy, and implement best practices to improve financial reporting.

• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial professionals as needed, and participate in special projects and initiatives as required.

**Requirements**:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA or CPA equivalent certification required.

• Minimum of 4 years of progressive accounting experience, with strong knowledge of US GAAP, tax regulations, and other accounting principles and standards.

• Proficiency with accounting software and financial reporting tools, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others at all levels of the organization, and strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and develop a team.

• Fluent in English.
