Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director to lead our Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) Content Licensing team within the Warner Bros. Discovery Studios Center of Excellence. This is a leadership position that will be responsible for executing all Content Licensing planning functions, working closely with business partner leadership to determine resourcing needs and organization structure.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the FPA Content Licensing team to ensure timely delivery of planning responsibilities, including forecast preparation, budget preparation, and reporting.
- Develop and implement planning and reporting best practices, and ensure the ongoing development of team members.
- Partner with stakeholders to execute key initiatives, including global process alignment, continuous improvement, and effective change management.
- Manage large teams and develop strong relationships across the organization.
- Provide strategic business insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Minimum 10+ years of related professional experience, with at least 8 years' experience in a management position.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, Master's degree in a related field a plus.
- English language proficiency, at a minimum of professional working proficiency.
- Advanced knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting concepts, and EPM tools and processes.
- Experience managing large teams, commercial and media experience a plus.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
