Your Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Travel Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team. As a key member of our coordination team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients' destination weddings and group trips. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our clients in planning and executing their dream wedding or vacation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in selecting and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and excursions
- Provide personalized recommendations for activities and experiences tailored to each client's preferences and budget
- Manage client communications and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client plans
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
- Strong knowledge of the Playa del Carmen, Cancun, and Mayan Riviera region
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to speak, write, and read fluent English and conversational Spanish
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn online systems quickly
What We Offer
In addition to a competitive base salary ($40,000 - $60,000 per year), you'll have the opportunity to earn commissions, bonuses, and perks on top.
