Eaton's Corporate Sector division is seeking a skilled Payroll Operations Analyst to support the development of digital solutions for financial process improvements.

**Job Summary**

The successful candidate will actively participate in Payroll Continuous Improvement Initiatives, collaborating with Global Teams to deploy digital transformation initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

• Active participation in Payroll Continuous Improvement Initiatives, such as A3, Business Process Improvements, and Value Stream Mappings.

• Supporting department activities related to Payroll process improvements and standard work.

• Collaborating with Global Digital Transformation team in the deployment of digital transformation initiatives.

• Executing Digital solutions trainings aligned with GFSS goals.

• Performing Business continuity support in digital solutions already deployed in GFSS.

• Maintaining an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvement to achieve departmental and GFSS goals.

**Requirements**

• Bachelor degree necessary.

• 1-2 years of experience in finance/accounting or related fields, Data Analytics, Data Science, Power Automate Apps, etc.

• Knowledge on Office 365 platforms (SharePoint, Teams, etc), Power Automate Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), Data Science & Data Analytics.

• SAP Knowledge/Oracle Knowledge Desirable/Payroll Systems Knowledge.

**Skills**

• Communication skills and team work capability.

• Proactive, problem solving capabilities.

• Ability to operate and deliver independently without day-to-day supervision.
