We are seeking an experienced leader to provide strategic direction to our clinical site management team members, ensuring the successful execution of studies from start to closure. As Site Management's primary point of contact, you will work closely with project stakeholders to manage monitoring deliverables, achieve study budgets, and identify out-of-scope activities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English, with the ability to lead and motivate remote teams. You will demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills, offering solutions to obstacles and prioritizing customer focus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems is required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits. If you are a motivated professional with 2+ years' experience as a Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Operations Leader, or Lead CRA, we encourage you to apply.
