The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry, with 3-5 years of experience working with multiple accounts. A strong business acumen, including experience working with KPIs and performance metrics, is essential for this role. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities, are critical for success.
In this dynamic position, you will set and achieve short and long-range forecasts and goals for the territory, ensure sales and KPI goals, budgets, and objectives for each store are met, and develop individual action plans for each store to meet stated goals/KPIs. You will also track retail efforts, measure compliance and results, and meet regularly with franchisees, dealers, and store management/staff to review results, provide training, and develop plans to achieve goals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Set and achieve short and long-range forecasts and goals for the territory.
- Ensure sales and KPI goals, budgets, and objectives for each store are met.
- Develop individual action plans for each store to meet stated goals/KPIs.
- Track retail efforts and measure compliance and results.
