**Job Summary**

Etéreo is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office Department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience at our hotel.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure that guest experiences meet or exceed all quality and service standards from check-in to check-out.
  • Prepare all necessary documents, such as registration cards, spa treatments, and restaurant confirmation, to support efficient and timely check-in/out processes.
  • Record guest preferences and introduce them to the appropriate departments for follow-up.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, restaurants, spa, and other areas of the hotel.
  • Respond promptly and tactfully to any guest complaints that may arise.
  • Ensure correct billing arrangements are provided according to Front Desk policies and procedures.
  • Process guest check-outs and provide a fond farewell.
  • Act as an ambassador of the hotel by providing guests with information, amenities, and services as needed.
  • Organize and maintain the Reception counter, ensuring that all materials and supplies are readily available and accessible.
  • Familiarize yourself with all hotel facilities and be able to address, assist, and actively sell services to guests.
  • Maintain excellent relationships within the Front Office Department and familiarize yourself with the operations and priorities of all other hotel operating departments.

**Requirements:**

  • A genuine affinity for interacting meaningfully and positively with Etéreo teammates.
  • Self-confidence and leadership skills.
  • Two years' experience at a hotel.
  • Able to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
  • Drive to learn multiple computer programs and continually refine processes.
  • Ability to clearly communicate in English with guests, employees, owners, and management both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time seamlessly, prioritizing with utmost care for the guest experience.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems as they arise.
  • Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to input and access data in a computer.
  • Ability to be a clear thinker and remain calm under pressure.
