Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in various projects aimed at improving the efficiency and strategies of the recruiting team, thereby enhancing our capacity to hire high-quality, diverse talent.

Your responsibilities will include delivering on critical hiring demands to support the growth objectives of the organization.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing recruitment strategies to fulfill hiring needs.
  • Oversee all facets of candidate management, including maintaining applicant records, scheduling interviews, sharing job descriptions, and ensuring accurate job postings across all recruiting platforms.
  • Develop and sustain a robust candidate pool to meet future hiring goals effectively.
  • Participate in regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate events, assessments, and interviews for prospective candidates.
  • Evaluate applications to determine alignment with position requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to personnel at all levels regarding various recruitment and talent acquisition matters.
Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge of human resources principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Business Level Spanish
  • This position is based in Mexico City and follows a hybrid work model requiring office attendance three times a week.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruiting/sourcing, particularly in high-volume hiring environments.
  • Proven track record in tracking the status of high-volume candidates.
  • Experience in planning and executing recruitment activities.
