**Key Responsibilities:**

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders, including recruiters and executive management.

• Collaborate with HR community members throughout the hiring process.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, complex environment.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and external factors that impact the talent landscape.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, along with 0-2 years of executive or corporate recruiting experience.

• Experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

• Strong collaboration skills and exceptional problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with SAP HR and Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo, SuccessFactors) are preferred.
