- Recommend additional TigerConnect services and products to support clients' goals in clinical communication and teamwork.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Clinical, or a related field, with 2-4 years of client partnership experience.
- Background in healthcare or healthcare technology preferred.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills across various management levels.
- Proficient in analyzing customer data to drive strategy and recommendations.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Experienced in managing multiple tasks or projects with strategic prioritization.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM technologies.
- Previous experience in SaaS, mobility, cloud, or healthcare industry within a high-growth environment is beneficial.
